Selecting any of the other navigation links from the dropdown menus at the top (for the new UI) or any of the navigation links on the left hand side (for the original UI) will allow you to freely navigate the Central Dashboard. The link will display a white page with a spinning wheel. There is a known issue where the ‘overview’ link that is shown at the top/header of each Sophos Product Dashboard, is currently broken.
